Michael Prokosh is an associate lawyer at McGrady & Company. He received a bachelor's degree from McGill University and a master's degree in industrial relations from Queen's University. In 2007, he graduated from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008. Michael articled and practiced at Victory Square Law Office LLP, prior to joining McGrady & Company in August of 2008.

Michael practices in the areas of labour law, human rights, the Charter and civil litigation. He has taught a course entitled "Stress in the Workplace" in the Labour Studies Certificate Program at McMaster University.

Michael is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association.
