Our practice focus is on providing a complete range of litigation services to unions, employees and public interest groups in Western Canada.  The firm also devotes a substantial amount of time to teaching, through union sponsored seminars, the labour studies program at Capilano College, and the Continuing Legal Education Society.  Members of the firm have written and spoken on whistleblowing, privacy, NAFTA, civil disobedience, arbitration/labour board procedure, union organising, defamation and class actions.
